SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Outpost Supply Line will ship orders standard or priority rate to all customers within U.S. borders and internationally. We use USPS as our shipping service carrier. Shipping rates are determined by the weight of each order as a whole. Please allow 1-2 business days from the time of your order for processing before your item(s) are shipped. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for special orders.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Outpost Supply Line will accept returns on all orders, not damaged, up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Damaged item(s) will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. Unless Outpost Supply Line determines the damage is due to a manufacturer defect. In this case, we will exchange the item(s) and ship it to you at no additional cost.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply ship the un-damaged item in its original packaging to Outpost Supply Line. Please include a brief explanation for your return of the item(s) and if no damage is found, a refund will be issued back to the credit card or PayPal account originally used to place the order for the original purchase price, minus any shipping cost incurred by Outpost Supply Line. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges on item(s) returned for any reason other than manufacturer defect. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
